It’s the end of the year and the AI slop is grinding me down more than usual so allow me to share some really good human stuff to wrap up our weeks.

Stunning writing, stunning typography (with a subtle glitch that is delightful) and transitions that’ll blow your mind. There’s a great breakdown Bluesky thread too.

Animation libraries like GSAP are great, but discovering truly inspiring examples can be hard. GSAP have fixed that with this glorious collection.

Scroll through from the tiniest organism right up to the largest. All beautifully hand-illustrated by an actual human.

This is really good writing work and the pencil-like font is dreamy. Hand illustrated by an actual human too!

There’s been a number of 3D engines in CSS over the years but this one looks especially good.
