Information for original subscribers

    Piccalilli has a brand new platform, so here’s some information for if your subscription isn’t working.

    If you have subscribed to Piccalilli in the past, but haven’t received the new issues (Issue #33 onwards), then here’s some information to help.

    Email

    Email is now delivered from a different provider, so the first thing to check is that issues are not landing in your spam folder. If they are not in your spam folder, the best thing to do is to re-subscribe to make sure that we have your email.

    If you are still having problems, get in touch with us (hi@piccalil.li), and we’ll be happy to help.

    RSS

    If you subscribed via RSS, your feed should be working as before because the old feed has been redirected to the new one. If your RSS reader doesn’t support redirects, the best thing to do is unsubscribe from that feed and re-subscribe to the new feed.
